3A Training Program

Drive Time: Up to 18 Hours
Pre-Trip/Air Bake Practical Instruction
Training Cost: $2850 plus GST

Air Brake Course
Course Outline
Course Length: Approximately 2 days
1st Day: Classroom & Practical Air Brake – 8 Hours
2nd Day: Review & Exam – 6 Hours
Training Cost: $575 plus GST
First attempt at exam is included in the tuition
Requirements before MELT Training starts
- Graduated Class 5 License
- Commercial Medical completed & approved
- Written Exams Class 1 – 5, Signs, Airbrake completed at SGI
- Class 1 Learners endorsed at SGI
- Deposit of $1000.00 required to hold your booking for MELT
- Remainder of tuition must be paid in full prior to start date
- Tuition is non-refundable after start date
- All exams are booked with SGI by Top Notch 1A Training Ltd., however second attempt will be charged to the student
